The Service and Information Office (at the main entrance, first floor) is the first point of contact for all matters relating to EUROMODA. Trade visitors can apply here for the Fashion Access Card and shopping day passes (access is free of charge for order appointments). Here you can obtain brochures, information and tips to make shopping and running the store easier. You will also find the free shopping cart rental service, for convenient transport of purchases in EUROMODA, Taxi-Ruf and much more.

All retailers with a Fashion Access Card can park free of charge in the EUROMODA underground car park, located directly under the main building. There are over 2,000 covered parking spaces available. Short distances to all showrooms are guaranteed.
Charge your electric/hybrid car conveniently, quickly and flexibly at one of the two powerful Allego wall boxes in the EUROMODA underground parking garage.
The charging power is up to 11 kW per hour and charging point.
With the Allego wallboxes, EUROMODA is now connected to the Europe-wide charging network.
