EUROMODA is investing in the future of fashion wholesale—3,000 square meters of new order, showroom, and trade show space in response to rising demand for temporary showrooms
The EUROMODA House of Fashion is sending a clear signal to the B2B fashion trade and continues to invest consistently in its location. Due to the growing demand for affordable ordering and showroom space, one of Europe’s largest fashion centers is expanding its showroom capacity by an additional 3,000 square meters on the 5th floor.
“The demand for cost-effective ordering spaces remains strong. Especially in a challenging market environment, exhibitors are paying closer attention than ever to a balanced cost-benefit ratio. This is precisely where we have been offering a compelling solution for years,” explains Dirk P. Goeldner, EUROMODA Center Manager.
With trade show rates of 40 euros per square meter (including all ancillary costs), EUROMODA creates attractive conditions for brands and agencies while simultaneously making targeted investments in modern showroom spaces. In doing so, the company underscores its long-term strategy of sustainably strengthening the brick-and-mortar B2B fashion retail sector.
Growth is now evident in nearly all segments. While the Kidz, Sports, Footwear, and Lingerie divisions continue to perform steadily, women’s outerwear and accessories, in particular, are seeing rising demand. More and more market participants are deliberately seeking cost-effective alternatives to the established locations in Düsseldorf right on the outskirts of the city.
There is now a desire within the industry itself to further expand EUROMODA’s presence.
“We invest where our core competence lies: in high-quality and economically attractive showroom spaces. This trend clearly shows that the market is demanding these offerings. The shift toward EUROMODA is evident, as the cost advantages are immense,” says Dirk Peter Goeldner, B.B.A., EUROMODA Center Manager.
EUROMODA’s core business remains unchanged: the long-term provision of showrooms as well as the leasing of temporary order and trade show spaces for national and international suppliers. At the same time, the company is making targeted investments in additional space for women’s fashion and is continuously expanding its offerings.
The current investments reflect a clear strategic direction for the future. While the market is changing rapidly, EUROMODA is focusing on reliability, growth, and long-term partnerships—thereby strengthening its position as one of Europe’s most important fashion hubs.
With its 30 B2B trading platforms, EUROMODA ranks among the five largest fashion centers in Europe—at EUROMODA, every day is a trade show: 365 days a year.
